The Maiden VoyageThe introduction of the Studio Logic SL88 Grand keyboard has been welcomed and embraced by two musicians so far at Tesco Productions. Kim Moore played the ivories on its maiden voyage here and she enjoyed it immensely. Combining the “real” feel of an acoustic piano with the sounds of the Synthogy Ivory II Grand Pianos Virtual Instrument, made for a wonderful playing experience and a great sound as well. Kim has played piano for “a lot” of years and felt right at home playing those 88s. Grand Piano PlayingA second musician Garrett Kraudy, who had a strong leaning toward only playing on “the real deal” pianos, also found the touch and sounds of the SL88 much to his liking. He recorded a hymn compilation and three original songs. It’s always great to select a tool that provides clients with something they really enjoy using, and also enhances their musical expressions.
